- SEGUNDO. RECHAZAR de plano, por falta de legitimación en la causa por activa, la solicitud de nulidad presentada por María Estela Durán Maury en contra de la Sentencia C-321 de 2022.
- TERCERO. Por intermedio de la Secretaría General de esta Corte, COMUNICAR la presente decisión a la solicitante, con la advertencia de que contra esta providencia no procede recurso alguno.
